چکیده
The article considers the experience of development public exposure scenarios for land sites with residual radioactive contamination on example three located in Moscow and St. Petersburg. study was intended to identify anticipated groups users select parameters calculating radiation doses. Exposure regarding use living or working were described by such as duration stay, staying indoors outdoors, physical activity, etc. pathways selected identified using conceptual site model approach. For calculations within a number scenarios, geomigration modeling radionuclide transport environment performed GeRa code. doses population calculated Ecorad-Aqua software module. Doses each pathway. demonstrates that proposed scenario “Office worker” can be applied various are planned placing administrative, industrial, scientific, commercial buildings structures, “Construction – construction excavation activities underway. “Resident” allow its application multiapartment residential large cities. In future, it is practical develop typical an outdoor worker whose activity provide care maintenance site. These used ready-made solutions from radioactivity at nuclear under decommissioning remediated areas. Estimates annual effective needed remediation planning determination values factors relevant projects.

Development of RadRob15, A Robot for Detecting Radioactive Contamination in Nuclear Medicine Departments
Accidental or intentional release of radioactive materials into the living or working environment may cause radioactive contamination. In nuclear medicine departments, radioactive contamination is usually due to radionuclides which emit high energy gamma photons and particles. These radionuclides have a broad range of energies and penetration capabilities. Rapid detection of radioactive contami...
متن کاملRadioactive contamination of scintillators
Low counting experiments (search for double β decay and dark matter particles, measurements of neutrino fluxes from different sources, search for hypothetical nuclear and subnuclear processes, low background α, β, γ spectrometry) require extremely low background of a detector. Scintillators are widely used to search for rare events both as conventional scintillation detectors and as cryogenic s...
متن کاملRadioactive contamination of ZnWO4 crystal scintillators
The radioactive contamination of ZnWO4 crystal scintillators has been measured deep underground at the Gran Sasso National Laboratory (LNGS) of the INFN in Italy with a total exposure 3197 kg × h. Monte Carlo simulation, time-amplitude and pulse-shape analyses of the data have been applied to estimate the radioactive contamination of the ZnWO4 samples. One of the ZnWO4 crystals has also been te...
